I've just counted my immense shelf of 360 games. I have 53 retail games. This is by far the largest collection of genuine copies of games I've ever collected for a console. [I used to trade in my games for new ones when I was penniless and doing a paper round/shelf-stacking]. Especially considering I've only had the 360 about 9 months. I'll take a picture later for you all!

I'm guessing a few of you guys have a similar hefty shelf? - I'm looking at you Dimrill.

I think it's a culmination of me finally making proper money and the large number of quality titles.

edit: And there are still a few games out there I would like to get, with many more on the horizon.

Ah yes, the joys of having money. My main problem is that as I get older gaming is becoming more and more of a peripheral hobby to me to the point where I seem to be more collecting than playing. I don't know how many games I have for the Funsq, I know it isn't >50 but it's still significantly more than I've finished ?:|

I don't have that many 360 games, but I do have a huge shelf of PS1 games.

I've probably got around 15 360 games. I have a lot more spectrum games.

Hmm, I'm intrigued. I have a PS1 (chipp0ri13ed to play all regions) and very few games. What are considered classics (and if you say FFVII you'll have the Cardiff Massif waiting to kneecap you as soon as you enter town). Not that I have time to play anything...

In fact, scratch that as I promised HC I would do some serious collection thinning from my PS1, GC, N64, Saturn, Xbox, PS2, PS3, 360, DC collection, not to mention the GB, GBC, 2 GBAs, 3GBA SPs, 4 Lites and GP2X I have.

Notice I don't have a PSP. I did, but IMO the only way they could make that more uncomfortable to use is by putting some kind of sharp toothed device on the back for savagely gripping the head of your penis while playing.

I also have a chipped/colour modded PSX... it's great. When I got a CD burner I used to rent a lot of games from Blockbuster.

Ah, mine was chipped by the bods at CEX so won't play copies, just any region. I didn't realise it at the time, but I suppose it makes sense if you're running a VG store not to shoot yourself in the foot.

Anyway, recommendations would still be nice as I seem to have about 10 PS1 games - I have MGS, Tekken 3, Driver and a few really shit kiddies ones that I got for C, but can't think what else I have.

If you click the 'Collection' link in my sig you'll have a full list of my games up until just before I got my 360. Be sure you fiddle the settings so you can read the comments, as I spent fucking hours doing them.

I trade in my games pretty regularly but have got about 25 full retails (and 60+ XBLA).

my PS1 and PS2 are both chipped, my DC collection contains zero originals now. I'm not really much of a collector.

In the mid-30s. And I thought I had too many.

Again though more originals than anything else (at least amongst those I was buying games during its actual life. I've got more Master System games by a long way.)

I'm actually much better than I used to be although I do have a substantial collection of XBLA games my retail games probably number 25 although I've played a lot more and traded them in.

The whole "£25 at Morrisons" thing tempted me for about 5 minutes when I realised I had just got back into Forza, am still playing GW2 a lot and have a number of games I've just shoved in to see if they work then let them be. By the time I actually get round to playing the game I'd bought for £25 it will be £7 from Gamestation anyway.

My 360 collection is growing steadily at the moment as more cheap stuff appears on Ebay that I'll take a chance on. Yesterday, Virtua Fighter 5 (a tenner), X-men and Fantastic Four (both £2.99 plus postage each) arrived and a few days before that I had Rumble Roses XX and DOA Volleybreasts 2. Still got stuff to get round to like Gears of War, Halo 3 etc but more often than not, I'll play an XBLA game instead.

I probably have more 360 games than any other format now (legal that is :hat: ). I used to trade in a lot more than I do now. I think the Gamecube is a close second, but not sure how many titles I had as I gave a load to my nephew.

I only have about 10 360 games, but I have about 50 Xbox games, most of which are unfinished, a lot of which are just not very good.

15 360 games for me, but I blame cex for having a bunch I wanted for dirt cheap. Not played most of them yet, just working my way through them one at a time.

God adding it up is scary. Had my 360 close to a year and I've 15 retail disks (tellingly the only games I've bought new have been at reasonable prices through special offers - EDF £15, CoD4 £25, Assassins Creed £22.50, GTA £25) otherwise it's always been 2nd hand.

I've got about 30 XBLA games on top of that (though I got 11 of them free)

I had to check, but yup, it has all that. It's the 3.5" PC version but I've only ever played the Amiga and CD32 versions. Neither of my computers currently has a floppy drive plugged in.

The artwork on the Syndicate box is great. Less clear was why it had a giant box when it was only five disks.

I've had to clear the stuff off my shelves so I could free up access to the loft (looks like my roof has sprung a leak overnight) so stuff is stacked up for the moment so at least it's easier to photograph now I suppose. Well, I say easier, I had to autostitch a few pics together. :S

Another one in alphabetical order.. I can't be arsed with that! Mind you, my 360 discs are in a wallet anyway - not that it's alphabetically sorted either.

Last night I drunkenly rearranged all my games. I only know this because I woke up this morning and they're now in alphabetical order regardless of platform, rather than grouped together by platform and then alphabetised.

I don't know why I did this, but I think I prefer it this way.

I only have about 17 Xbox 360 games but I've got plenty of other stuff.. including around 170 N64 games.

There's no real reason to post this picture other than the fact I'm proud of my wall 'o' games!!

Without looking at your games list I'm going to try to guess:

Guitar Hero II
Guitar Hero III
Guitar Hero Aerosmith
Rock Band
Frontlines
Orange Box
FIFA 09

Bah, now I'm struggling...
