We've built an app here at work for a client that runs on Android and uses a rear facing camera for photo-capture.
Our client is looking for a suitable device to use the app on, but is struggling to find one that will do the job and not cost the earth.
Requirements:
- Android 5.1+
- Rear facing camera with a flash
- Cheap(ish)
- Decent amount of internal storage (16GB+)
The camera flash is the critical part, as the photos they take are often in very low light conditions.

Needs to be tablet sized, really. Phablet (yurk) may be suitable depending on the actual size.
Nexus 5 looks phone sized, unless I'm looking at the wrong one?
