last year, I got a road bike on the cycle to work scheme. It did not cost me anything as I sold holiday back.

I have chance to go on scheme again, i could get £1000 of mountain bike. Bearing in I just bought a Carrera fury a few months ago.

I don't really need 2 mountain bikes, I could save this year and put it towards a TT bike next year....

I don't have anywhere to store a bike or I'd be doing the same thing (or I wouldn't have got rid of my old one tbh).

A winter trainer - turbo trainer tyre on it.
My race bike
A Carrara Fury.. top end of Halfords own brand.

I suppose I could wait a year..

Let me borrow one - we're about the same size.

My daughter had the wheels stolen off her bike yesterday evening, so if any of you have a spare set (single speed rear) going cheap I'd be grateful.

The offer this at work, never been keen as I don't want a bike :DD

Also been told that like many schemes the people you can buy bikes off always sell at RRP or more, also the scheme will not allow you to buy any bike in a sale.

People also said you can pick up discounted bikes that make the tax break almost not worth the effort.

It's more useful if you are a higher rate tax payer, but there definitely are retailers who sell discounted bikes on C2W
