Something i heard the other day on the radio. It sounded a bit like Abba, but much better, and had the word "paradise" in the chorus. It was a woman with a dreamy voice singing.

This is a kind of hipster radio, so i suppose the song is new, or at least contemporary. Searching spotify and youtube for "paradise" gave me only shitiness.

What radio station and show was it? You might be able to find some kind of playlist online.

There is an Abba song with "paradise" in the chorus - It's called "Angel Eyes", I think.

Can you remember anything else about the song other than the word paradise?

Do you think either Chris Martin or Axel Rose sound like a woman with a dreamy voice?

Is that a Magic the Gathering reference.

But no, "paradise" was the first word of the chorus, iirc.

I even went that far and listened to the coldplay song that was the first of every search. So much blandness is offensive to my ears.

From what i'm listening, Joni Mitchell sounds to folksy. And it's not this Big Yellow taxi song.

It was more synth based, and it sounded new, even if quite retro.

Is it Greenhaus, a fool's paradise? Woman singing and a bit synthy, but not sure it matches the rest - plus it is a dull song.

I had my wife humming to soundhound and i got some hilarious results, usually only latin american stuff.

It seems i will have to contact the radio station, although the conversation might be weird. I'm completely tone deaf, and humming by phone is out of the question.
