Be Excellent To Each Other

My wife is a teacher and her school is going to be buying 6 Kindles.

Does anyone know if 6 Kindles will work with one Amazon account and if so, will she be able to buy one book and put it on all 6?

If not (as I suspect this won't work) what's the alternative?

I suggested that but then thought that if you've already bought something on one account, then it won't let you buy the same again. I know my phone and iPad are like that.

1) Read to the kids from one Kindle.
2) Get one of those chrome things and project it on a TV and let the kids read it together.
3) Enter into an agreement with the teachers where they pay for 6 kindles and six accounts with an extensive consumer credit agreement.
4) Then get some kind of complex license agreement where the kids can't discuss the contents of the books without naming the school before each sentence.
5) Have a popular soft drink sponsor the kids and have the kindle emblazoned with the Pepsi logo; uniforms have Pepsi logos, and then quiz the children incorporating the name of said popular soft drink: example - If you have three Pepsis and drink one, how much more refreshed are you? (Someone set me up for the punchline please)

I'm still mighty happy with my Paperwhite. To be honest, I'm still mighty happy with my Kindle 2.

I've got a waterproofing kit for that one too, so Mrs Grim... can read it in the bath.

If this makes the Voyage cheaper I'm all for it. That's a phenomenal eReader.
