I just tuned in there towards the end of that bike race, and will admit I don't especially follow/understand cycling, however the BBC commentary people seem to be suggesting the British were stitched up, or something.

I mean, whatever, but the BBC woman there was unsporting I feel, twice referencing the British team in her brief interview with the eventual winner.

I hope the standard of interviewing doesn't continue like that - you know, these upstart foreigners coming over here and stealing our medals.

She's interviewing them for a British audience, plus GB were the only team actually bothering to chase - they played a big part in the race.
