That looks like a horrible thing to try and get balanced. Like the Theme park games, it's too complicated to start and get everything under control, and once you're versed in it, there's not enough going on to keep your interest.

I tried this on holiday late last year and didn't really enjoy it, it was quite frustrating, actually. Shame, as I thought it looked and sounded great.

I've lost my DS charger and Animal crossing for it.

Ooooh, I think that might well become my fourth (yes, only three at the moment ) DS game. Don't be fooled or put off by the nerdy subject matter... games like this and railway signalling sims are dangerously compelling as you struggle to get all the stuff in and out as smoothly as possible.
I always wanted to try Kennedy Approach (with its dramatic Airport '7x artwork) after glimpsing it on the back page of the Solo Flight manual... alas, it was never released for IBM Compatible.

Isn't that in the top three most stressful jobs in the world? So why the fuck would you want to play a game that makes your piss boil and your nuts twinge?
Fuck that.

I bought FM07 a few months back for 3 quid. I read a review and they said 09 was shite and 08 was expensive so to get 07 for a fiver. good old Amazon, a jib ninedy nine with a jib delly.
I couldn't get my head around it and haven't played it since. One of my players became injured and I just couldn't figure out the transfer market. I reached for the manual, waved it up and down and realised how heavy it was and just uninstalled it.
Where the fuck are the days of footy manager on the speccy and footballer of the year? Or that fantastic one on the ST where you could take Orville (Yeovil) to the top league and win europe and everything?

I quite like Air Traffic chaos, though with only 5 airports and three levels on each, you'd have to absolutely love it to get some (edit: much, I meant, beyond a few hours!) play out of it. Despite the title, the first couple of difficulty levels are actually quite relaxed, with you having enough time to shift the focus onto one plane and just wait for the right command to be available. The main danger is an on-ground collision - as soon as you choose a runway for a plane that's about to takeoff, perhaps thinking that you'll later give them permission to move, they're actually clear to push away from the stand, which means on some airports they've now blocked the route to other gates for incoming aircraft.
But not bad, overall - needs a randomised free play mode, I think.

Has anyone got a link to the CM 01/02 version with this season's update? I just can't get into FM09.
