What concentration do you require?
I have never tried to buy anything other than through work, but there are a whole host of lab product suppliers. It is a controlled/monitored substance as it is used in drug manufacture and other more trrst style activities, so you may need to answer a few questions.
Or you could use batttery acid, which is about 35% conc.
