Approx 1200 mph by my reckoning.

Pfft, you'll be lucky.

I hate the A34 - it's the most boring road in the world.

Well 1200MPH is how fast I reckon that lot is going after it's speeded up.

And the northern section of the M40 is duller by far.

I wonder when it was taken - i could be in there somewhere !

Can't see the video but the A34 is only slow if you want it to be, there is always another lane to be found.

About 7.20pm yesterday on the bridge near the Stockbridge turning.

Oh I recognized Sutton Scotney services and last night I'd have been through there about 30 minutes before :-)

I'll see you and raise you the M18, especially the northern section, continuing east onto the M62 and onto the A63. There is nothing there. I remember getting excited about a water tower.

Wow. Road nerds. It's like train spotters but without the cool.

Then I'd wager we passed each other somewhere on the new bit of the A34 near Newbury my good Sir.

Indeed. I was upset that my new road spotting book had already been filled in. I think it might have been by the same bloke who wrote Winny the Pooh.

The A34 is the A road with the highest number of motorway junctions on it.
