Still, I'm glad that the government hasn't leaked the contents of the speech to the press.

It occurs to me that as the police have confirmed that none of the documents leaked to Green contained "national security" matters (whatever they are this week), it's quite likely they'd all have been disclosable under the Freedom of Information Act in any event.
