Right. I have never seen the film in question, preferring instead to scream "OH GOD NO!" when reading or hearing it's title. However, due to the undying love of Innerneh weirdos on this site I shall give it a chance next time it is on, instead of scrubbing my eyeballs with swarfega.

I really didn't want to like the film. I hate Ashton Kutcher and the film looked wrong. I happened to see it on TV by accident and was most pleased by the ridiculousness of the plot. It's delightfully daft and has a brilliant time loop paradox. It's not stupid, it's daft. It's actually quite clever with its ridiculousness. It takes some skill to make a plot so silly and carry it off. Really worth seeing if you want something silly to watch.

Like if you've watched Baseketball and enjoyed that, you'll enjoy this.

O nce owned Dude where's my car. Mainly because I wanted to see the look on my housemates face when I got it home. (I got it in a 2 for £5 with Deuce Bigalow, Male Gigalo). Lets just say it was money well spent. For the reaction more than the film.

When I moved in with a different bunch, I got slightly mocked for owning these films by one of my housemates who has a rather large DVD collection. When we moved out, somehow my two DVDs wew ended up in his collection by some strange accident, and I have great fun mocking him for owning them.

The films? I don't remember ever watching them.

A good film, shame the 'mainstream' is too busy making 'zany' versions of the title.

Legend has it that D,WMC? was (Ashton) butchered in the edit suite. Would have been much different f they'd let half the script get to the screen.

I've just had a memory of Tom Green. 2 actually. Firstly, TG doing his best to ruin Charlie's Angels (not a huge effort needed of course) and secondly I remember seeing an episode of his MTV show where he offered a lift home to some of the audience and then basically invaded a guys house, wrecked his kitchen and really pissed of the kid's dad. Admittedly I can't blame TG for that as anyone who agrees to get in a car with him deserves what they get.

While he is still near camera he's currently merely hosting a chat show from his front room. Shown on the internet. Where he gets prank calls from people on the internet and then sulks. Because he doesn't find it funny when he is the harassed rather than the harasser.

Based on his behaviour on the show, my brother reckons he's on the verge of a breakdown, and will eventually try to kill himself.

No upset here. I don't mind people liking things I dislike (and vice versa) especially when things such as movies are so easily ignored. I think it's a shame Tom Green continued down the path to depravity. I did actually find him amusing in Road Trip and enjoyed the aforementioned MTV show (mostly) but I think FGF ended any chances of mainstream success that he might have hoped for.
