Grim likes posting photos of himself in train toilets, eating pizza, and in the nude. Sometimes all at once.

When I saw this flyer at the local fish and chip shop I really thought one of these faces look familiar.

And then as I came to post this I felt far less confident but will go through with it anyway.

Bowral? I stopped there (driving from Sydney to Canberra), and set foot on the grass on the cricket field. I didn't think I held much of a candle for Donald Bradman (best ever cricketer, from Bowral), but got a shiver of excitement when I did. 2017, I think.

Oh, that reminds me.

We counted this as a double spot, because when we were choosing our Gladiator names (don’t pretend you haven’t given yourself one) Darwin dubbed Russell as having the gladiator name ‘Steve’.

Yeah man, I live down the road from there and have done since 2010. Nice place. Very expensive now though.

Lady T, for years, didn't realise it was Donald Bradman pictured on the 'welcome to Bowral' signs; but not only that, she didn't even realise it was a cricket thing. Her comment on learning this after over a decade in the area was 'I always thought it made no sense having a picture of someone playing baseball on the sign' 8)

I'm not a cricket fan but have visited the oval and sat on the grass having a picnic and enjoying Christmas carols and fireworks. The kids were born in the hospital over the road, and when they were little they were very fond of the playground nearby.

I've not screenshot it, as it's real name not forum name, but there's a forumite on the Guardian's OBO.

And it's *not* Malia.

Yes, and it's Aussie Dollary-Doos. The pricing seems quite volatile and goes up quickly (an then down a touch slowly).

At the moment the pound is quite strong agains the dollar, which also contributes to making it seem so cheap here.
