So, we have some trees and fence posts that I'd like to cut up. Some for getting rid of, some for the wood burner. I've been looking at reciprocating saws, but the reviews seem to suggest they wouldn't cut it (no pun intended).

I'll attach some photos so you can see the type of thing I want to cut, but I'm looking for something fairly cheap (sub £100 preferably) as it will only get occasion use.

You could literally place those fence panels against a wall and kick them into bits. Cost: $0.

It's not the fence panel, it's the hunk of wood under it. Sorry for the crap phots, everything is piled up at the moment.

Don’t forget you’re only meant to burn dried wood though.

I bought one of these to replace the cheaper one that didn’t last long from Screwfix: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Einhell-GH-EC- ... B00DZHSM5U

Just over your budget but I got mine for £70 so maybe hang on for a price drop? It’s electric so gator in an extension cord too if you don’t already have one.

That's right, we have a wood store to put it in. :)

Thanks Z, I'll have a proper look at lunchtime. Hoping to order something today to get stuff sorted for this weekend

Thanks Z, got one from elsewhere for £70 and some oil. We've got loads of extensions, so should be good. :)
