I currently have the web address cloaked for my Donkasteref.com website as it is actually located at def.jhenge.com

Just wondered if I could move it to be hosted fully as a website under that domain?

After all if anyone links to a specific post it would link def.jhenge.com/(post)

Yes you can do that, simply create a proper hosting account under the primary domain and move your installation there.

Moving Wordpress is pretty easy, mostly you just need to change the 'Site address' in the wordpress settings (which will break the existing installation as soon as you change it), and then move the site files and update the database settings accordingly.

I used this tool

to change all the URLs in the database which you will need to do AFAIK.
