I need a better job queueing solution, at the moment its all on a piece of paper and I cross jobs off as I go. Columns are date, customer name, phone number/email, bike make/model, work requested. Problem is some bikes sit for ages and some are done quick so I run out of paper and have to re write the sheet all the time. Also shit gets lost sometimes and its a general ballyachy. When a customer comes in to drop off a bike I want to grab the iPad and do a quick sign in like I do with the paper system and when I finish a job it gets removed from the active list and archived or some such. Also be nice to have tick boxes to say stuff like ‘voicemail left - date’ or ‘parts ordered - date’ etc.
Anyone used stuff like this, got any suggestions? Dont mind paying for it but not monthly.
Thaaaaanks

Zendesk? You could have it send email updates to your customers.
