Excuse the shitty image but it's been sent to me on Whatsapp. I can't make it but I thought I'd upload it here to see if anyone else would like to do it.

If they filmed in nearby Wolverhampton, they could have saved shedloads on costumes and make up. #someonehadtosayit

Ooh, it's based on a book by Mike Carey who's written a load of good comics.

Hmmm, very tempting. I loved the book and I do like the idea of zombing....

A day at Oulton Park, watching the touring cars.

But what the hell, they are there every year - won't hurt to give this a try. I'll email some pics this evening.

The root cause is basically the same, yes, but the plot is very different.

The book is good, I listened to it as an audiobook. If you've not read it, I'd recommend that method especially if you have along car commute and/or do a lot of dog walking. The reader was excellent. Why have they changed the title though? It was 'The Girl With All the Gifts'?

Oh, that book? I didn't really like it, mainly due to the crippling stupidity of the lead woman.
