It's a fake. Found someone who had posted that he's seen it on a Greek website (where the station is).

I guess the explosion for no reason midway through kind of gives it away as the fire is nowhere near.

Back in the days of Alan Freeman doing the chart on Radio 1, the chart would arrive via Telex on a long reem of paper. So one day as Alan Freeman was doing the final rundown, Dave Lee-Travis set light to the bottom of it and made a run for it. Alan Freeman continued to do the rundown while the flames were burning his fingers. He just got to the top before he had to drop it.
