Choose your five moderators above.

* These people are already moderators.

If you want to change your vote, you can PM me to do so.

Quick note - you don't have to choose five, but you only get one chance to vote, so don't think "I know, I'll vote for Curiosity now and then vote for the other four later" because you can't do that.

Craig has been added to the list. You do not need to vote again, but you may change your vote if you wish to include him.
Mods: Don't try and add anyone else to the list - it must be done in the database or the vote will reset.

We can apparently now change our votes as many times as we like - was that intentional?

Its for the best, I reckon. I might decide you're a twat after all in the next 3 weeks. :hat:

Yes - I'll probably remove that in a while though.

I disagree, as you can vote, then think 'ooh, X is doing better than me, I'll move my vote to Y, he's never going to get anywhere'.
Whilst this isn't for me alone to decide, I'm fucked if I'm going to have a vote about the vote :)

Leave it open for an hour, to allow those who've already voted to switch to craig if they wish to. Then lock it down again.

I suspect that nobody is so maniacally desperate to be a mod that they'd be constantly eyeing the list to change their vote for minimal strategic gain. It wouldn't make too much difference, and would be very, very sad. Besides, there are 5 clear frontrunners and my angry-sense tells me it probably won't change that much.

Edit: Scratch all that shit, I've just noticed somebody has switched their vote away from me. You cunt, whoever you are. I bet it's Gaywood.

I can't believe people are voting for both Mr Chris and Craster - they're like fire and ice!

I'm kind of like the lukewarm water in between.

Fire and ice just gets you a damp fizzle. I prefer caesium and water as an analogy.

Opposites attract and unfortunately they're both gay, hence all the tension.

Having 6 toes and only 1/4 the brain mass of the average human male does indeed make you exotic, Cras.

Because some of the mods do so little actual moderating you'd be hard pressed to pick them out of a line up of one? ;)

So you can see who's been in charge for the last 6 months. Therefore if you feel they've done a good job, even if you don't know who they are, you can re-elect them. Just like in a real election. You may not follow politics, but if you feel the current lot are doing a good job you vote for them. If the last 6 months had been a disaster then you could avoid voting for them.

No conspiracies, no sinister motives, I just feel that for the benefit of the less frequent visitors these things should be tagged.

I would also like it flagged that Craster touches badgers.
